Food is my longterm love and was the gateway for me into a more natural way of living. As I started to see how food can affect both mind and body, there was a shift in the ingredients I chose for my cooking, and a shift in the way I felt physically and emotionally. I now cook vegetarian - mainly vegan - with no strict rules or nutritional guidelines, just a strong focus on wholefoods and loads of fresh fruit and veg. I believe food should be a source of great joy (both the cooking and consuming) and a way of bringing people together.
Work With Me
I love nothing more than sharing my food with people, and offer cooking services on yoga retreats, private holidays, birthday parties and hen dos, both in London and abroad.
