Serves 1

Ingredients:
1/2 mango
1 frozen banana
Handful of spinach
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon chia
1 teaspoon cashew butter
1 cup brown rice milk

Toppings of your choice - I used:
Handful of granola
Goji berries
Almond butter
Chia seeds
Edible flowers

Method:
Simply blend all the ingredients until they are totally smooth then pour into a bowl and top with all your favourite bits!
