Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie | The Herb Diaries

Ingredients:
Serves 1

50ml of cold-brew coffee (or an espresso shot, left to go cold)
1 frozen banana
1/4 frozen courgette
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon maca powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
100ml almond milk
1 medjool date or 1 teaspoon raw honey

Method:

SImply blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy (if you don't have time to freeze your banana and courgette then make sure you add some ice when you blend, it is so much more delicious cold!). Sprinkle with your favourite granola/seeds/fruit/cacao nibs/nut butter and serve.
