Temperatures are dropping and autumn is well and truly here. Last weekend we were lucky enough to have one last day of sunshine, so I persuaded my sister to come blackberry picking with the promise of an autumnal smoothie afterwards. We had a gorgeous walk in the sun and chatted about how exciting it was that soon we would have a little pup to take out walking with us.
Blackberry Coconut Kale Smoothie:
Blend 3 bananas, 3 cups of blackberries, 2 cups of coconut milk, 2 handfuls of kale and a big spoonful of chia seeds until deliciously creamy and smooth. Pour and enjoy!
