I have started working for a very exciting new company called Tribe that delivers natural and nutrient dense snacks to runners, alongside running a London based running club. For more info on what Tribe do check out their website - http://wearetribe.co and if you fancy a Tuesday evening or Saturday morning run then sign up to come running with the Tribe - https://www.facebook.com/tribepack/events?key=events . The runs are super chilled, really good fun and always done in partnership with a healthy cafe/juice bar (26 Grains, The Detox Kitchen, Press and many more...) so delicious food and drinks will be involved.
The best part of my job at Tribe is creating recipes using their nut/seed/dried fruit mixes. I get to spend a day in the kitchen, experimenting, photographing and editing... it is dreamy. I love the Tribe products as not only are the delicious on their own, they are very versatile to use in your cooking. Since I am now a working gal I don't have nearly as much time to spend creating my own recipes for the blog, so it seemed silly not to kill two birds with one stone and share my Tribe recipes with you here! If you are not a Tribe subscriber (you should be!) you can use any mix of seeds, but the Tribe Tamari Seeds give these crackers a distinctive saltiness that I think really makes them.
Head over to the Tribe blog if you want to see the recipe. Hope you enjoy them and tag any creations on Instagram with #theherbdiaries so I can see what you're all cooking!
