There are numerous health benefits associated with practicing yoga, both mentally and physically. The dynamic flow aspect of Vinyasa yoga is particularly good for building strength and flexibility in the body, and Yin is a deeply healing practice, but there is so much more to it than just the physical. Yoga has been an incredibly transformative and powerful force in my life and it excites me so much that by sharing my passion I may be able to help others find the happiness, health and peace that yoga has given me.
